Good app but brutal ads
Ads that take 3 or 4 taps to dismiss should be illegal.
TERRIBLE! SO GLITCHY!
This is the most glitchy and pathetically functioning app (when it actually works) I’ve ever had to use. Every time I open it, I have to clear 3-5 error messages then hope the home page actually loads, which doesn’t work literally half the time, so I have to quit the app and go through the process all over, only to hope it loads correctly this time. Why would anyone pay for such a piece of junk?! I suffered through a year of it, only to find out my son’s next team is using the same app. Game Changer is waaaaaay better

Intrusive Ads
They ransom you at $10/month or the ads are so bad it makes the app unusable.
Couldn’t sign into account
I downloaded the app for my team and it said I didn’t have a account even thought I signed up like 10 times 1 star would not recommend
Ads ruin this app
The pop up ads make this app unusable. Increase the team subscription fee if you need, don’t make parents and users pay extra to have a usable experience.
Great Tool
TeamSnap has been a very efficient organizing tool for me as the manager of a Crew team.

Survey option
Would love it if there was a survey option in the App. Often would like the team’s opinion on something and a survey would help
Fake 7 day free trial
I signed up for this as a requirement for a group and wanted to change plans after the 7 day trial. But apparently you have to quit the 7 day trial at 5 or 6 days and now I’m stuck with a year of an app I don’t want.
Terrible App - only use because have to
Terrible experience. Practically unusable. Very disappointed. Disingenuous app. Teams pay money and then Teamsnap want players to pay more money to have usable experience. Fish bait ads that are impossible to close and force you to click on and view. Worst App I’ve ever used.

On phone app; reminds me of a weekly scheduled event; enables background info and current info to be notified to all members. Members can reply, update availability

This app sucks now. They are now about ads and bogging you down. No longer user friendly. Full of bugs. Full of app crashes. App support doesn’t even work.
Do the 5 star people not use any other apps?
This app is atrocious. It is so poorly designed. Using it feels like I’m going back to the days of “designer” software of the early 2000s. It found a market and doesn’t have enough competition. It’s a cash grab as most of us HAVE to use it for sports and aren’t gonna pay for it. I see more ads than useful content. Even if there weren’t all the ads, navigating it is a headache.

Functional but lag
Deana used to work really well but as tech technologies ramp up, our League is considering moving to different tech technologies
Also, we get constant ads, which breaks up the routine and flow of you trying to get things done as a manager, coach, administrator. Frustrating. Does the job, sometimes.

Easy to use
I use team snap almost every day . I never have a problem with it and I put it as a widget and it is easy to know and navigate when your next game or practice is . Definitely recommend using team snap .

When I want to check when my games is or what court it’s on 30 mins before tip off I have to wait 30years to skip the ads
