App booking issue

Hi, gym bookings are supposed to be available in the app a week in advance. However, I can only book (and see) gym sessions 6 days in advance in the app while in the phone of my friend is possible to book 7 days in advance. What could be the problem? I’m using iOS 14.0.1.
