Fonctionnait bien au début puis depuis plusieurs semaines impossible à utiliser, désinstallé et réinstallé les 2 applications, supprimé mon compte puis créé à nouveau, rien n’y fait pourtant rien a changé que ce soit les téléphones ou autre, et aucun support sauf si tu payes, c’est lamentable et sur leur forum d’assistance pour personnes qui ne payent pas, personne ne répond.

Simple and quick

Great alternative when need quick access I’ve used TeamViewer for over 10 years now, as a developer and technical support agent, that uses this application for quick access to my own devices works perfectly. Just as the desktop version. Really no difference at all. Just smaller screen. lol. Not a scam, great for simple guidance and tech work.

Doesn’t work!

So it seems quick support doesn’t currently work. Just says can not connect and to request a new code.

Excellent remote support app with a couple Apple-limited drawbacks

Outstanding remote support app. Really wish I could control the device of the person I’m helping, but I understand that it’s a security issue with Apple. The other thing I wish it would do is automatically verify me every time I am connecting to the device rather than ask the person I am helping if they want to verify me every time we have a session. I am using it primarily to tutor my elderly mom on the use of her brand new iPad Pro. That was the main reason I installed QuickSupport on her end and TeamViewer on my end.

Not working from my phone to my laptop

It always give this session code is expired even though I tried to make a new one I tried 100 times and still not working.

App keeps dropping out and shows unuseful pages page screens

Used to love team view. This app just drops the connection all the time. (Both partners using the most up to date version.). In screen images stops the remote device user being able to see a lot of navigation. Need to restart the app and sharing multiple times. No very usable n

Won’t even screen share

I understand that due to Apple’s security settings there would be limited abilities on the iOS side but couldn’t even use it to connect at all. Just kept saying that the ID is “expired” (my mom JUST installed it on her phone!) and there’s no way to generate a new one so no way to offer any support. Really disappointed.

Thought you should know that scammers pretending to be from SKY are using this app to scam people. Absolutely shocking. They nearly got me. 😠

Beware Scammers

I had a visit from BT. About bad Internet connection The next day Scammer calls pretending to be bt open reach and tries to get me to download this app to access my phone.
I Hung up. The app may work but it is being abused.

Basically useless without remote control

There is no point even using this app if you can’t remote control another iPhone. I was going to use this app to help a friend with something but I learned I can’t use any controls. This is basically just watching someone’s screen. I can do that better and for free with FaceTime screen sharing so why even bother using this.

Due to Apple's limitations of iOS, only screen sharing is possible when connecting to an iOS device.
