This app needs to be improved
This app is suck. You have to pick your drinks and place the order with in may be 3 mins. If you take longer than that, you have to redo it again, and again
Hardly Works
This app is super basic. That would be fine if it worked but much of the time it does not work.
The most frustrating part is that it doesn’t even have like a temporary cache for using the app and having to close it. I’ll give you an example. I tried setting up my order of several drinks at home. I got in the car started driving to the location. By the time I got closer to the store, I went to put a order in (likely at a red light). The order I had started was deleted. It deleted everything and I had to start all over. This is something that I typically do with other food apps when I’m very far away from the location and this is not even an option in an app like this. If I just have to go into the store to order then there’s no point in using the app at all.
There’s no history of drinks. I didn’t even get a confirmation saying that the store received my order. I checked my bank statement to see if a pending payment had been placed. That’s how I knew it had accepted my card. Super weird. Maybe I’m just spoiled because all of the other food/service apps I use do these basic things.

Just started
Just got the app but no way to add an order from an existing receipt. Looks like there is some open opportunity to make some upgrades for customer loyalty.
Unable to sign in
Needs to hire a new developer. Even their app support don’t work. You can’t sign in after registering , so don’t make your order if you can’t sign in!
Support to Delete stored credit cards

I always have to enter my credit cards details for every order even though i click on save and continue while payment

Online Menu for Premium Teas
I love how they added the Flavors on the Art of Teas section, but it would be better if the Fruit Flavors can also be added to the Premium Teas. So when customers want a fruit flavor with premium teas, they can order it on the app as well, not only creamer and sweetener options. Please also add a note section where customers can add modifications to their drinks.

Just the app is sus
I LOVE that I can order ahead. But I have to manually put my card in every time because it won’t save it. AND I can’t delete my old card that it saved now that I have a new card. I LOVE TEAPIOCA SM BTW<3
Loyalty points error
These guys never fix the loyalty points feature. It shows error when I try to use my points. Also it does not credit my purchases properly.
Unable to Place Order In-App
This is the third time I’ve written this same review. I’ve already emailed the app support before and they never responded. What’s the point of having an app to support your business if the payment process fails every single time. Got two cards saved, use the correct CVV, and yet they fail to process.

Wont save
I was really excited to find out that this place has an app but every time I check out for an order, it asks me if it would like to save the payment information and I always click yes but when I return to place another order, my information isn’t saved. Not a big deal, but it is an inconvenience. I just feel that if you’re going to ask me to save my information you should save it.

I’ve never been able to successfully complete a order on the app. Does not work, payment option does not work, everything else up until that point works OK. But their payment processing never works.

horrible navigation and doesn’t work half the time. ugly layout and not pleasant to use
Total garbage
App doesn’t work at all. Can’t find local teapioca locations, can’t place an order, can’t see/use points. Worse than useless.
