App no longer available
I was not able to log into the app, I called customer service and was able to get someone right away then found out the app is not available for patients at this time. We have to use the website.
Very disappointing
For whatever reason, I can access this on the Internet when I input my email and password, but it's impossible on the app. I've tried everything and I have no choice but to delete.
Needs to be more modern
It would be great if this “kiosk” could check patients in or there was some way that patients could check in via the portal or something. They put all this money into patient pop merger, and so forth, but people can’t even check in unless the walk up to you and let you know.

Poor
Very frustrating trying to use on a IPad. Have asked my provider to use email to communicate with me.
iPad app doesn’t work
iPad app does not work. Can’t open patient intake forms. Works ok on iPhone but doesn’t work on iPad. Submitted multiple support tickets and had them “elevated to engineers” and then never heard back. Several times. Not acceptable for a program of this expense.
