Constant errors
Can be signed out and logged off of account and yet it still sends notifications. Have to uninstall this app daily in order to not be bothered by notifications when not at work. Have sent multiple screen shots and videos to tech support about these issues.
Performance is terrible
This app used to be a lot better, but an update made over the last year has completely bricked the app. It’s optimization for phone use is laughably awful. Please find someone who can optimize this app properly.
It’s trash
The app shouldn’t even be a thing. It never works, constantly loading, and always crashing. I can never use it. The only thing that works is the notifications getting sent to your phone.
Its alright
Need to fix the notifications and alerts for when you checkout. I should not be getting notifications for an alarm when I’m checked out for the night nor when I’m not logged in either. Fix it.
Terrible
Would not recommend. Work in a center that uses this and it’s terrible. I would give it 0 stars if possible. Signs you out randomly for no reason. Will log you out of the app completely for no reason. If you write a not for the front desk they can’t see it unless they go to a specific screen on the system up front. Need to make it so any messages back to the desk pop up on the screen. Also need to make it so desk staff are given options for calls instead of them being able to send back anything they want which raise calls per stop for ridiculous reasons like to call the front desk. Do NOT get this system if you’re looking for something reliable with good communication that works.
