Could be much better
I use the website on my laptop over the phone app because as the foreman I have different account privileges. It would be nice if the app followed the privileges set via the on line app.
Needs customer name visable
Nice app, but we cant see the customer name on the work orders when using the app

Ghost notifications constantly. Frustrating to use compared to web interface.

I’ve been waiting for the app to launch for a good amount of time and I downloaded it the second it was available. It is great for parts, pictures, tickets (to an extent) and mobile notes while on test drive.
Updates needed include: the ability to see the customer name. I use this to find what car I have next but it only shows you the plate. The ability to input mileage onto a ticket. The ability to transfer tickets, the ability to track tickets after there transferred to writer and possibly the ability to view ros in the shop.
I want to use this app more but i still find myself needing to use website still.
