With a simple and fast test the user phone will be given a diagnostics on a number of hardware issue that may arises when the phone is damaged. Not only does this help speed up the process when claiming from an insurer but creates an electronic record of the devices which the user can refer to when getting the phone repaired. User can also take advantage of two fun games to play included in the app as well as use the app as a hub to all of The Replacement Services updates via social media and website. User can also send emails and make calls to The Replacement Service app to make a claim or for customer enquires.
