｢ヘッドホンを探す｣がゴミすぎる
タイトルに書いた通りです
｢ヘッドホンを探す｣は2つの方法を選んで失くしたイヤホンを探すことができますがどちらもゴミ機能です
1つは「音を鳴らす」
Bluetooth接続できている状態で使用可能で音を鳴らすというものです
これいりますか？
普通に適当に音源流せばできます
Bluetoothで接続してないと鳴らせないって、こんな機能つける意味がないです 落として失くした場合はBluetoothが切れますし、基本的に音を鳴らさないと一定時間で電源が切れる仕様です
落とした場所に行っても繋がりません
もうひとつは「位置情報を使って探す」
これすごいのは名前だけでカスすぎます
最後にイヤホンが接続した場所を表示するというものです
ここだけ聞いてももういらない
さらに言うと更新頻度が終わってます
現在7/28ですが、現在この機能では4/6の位置情報を表示しています
どういうつもり？
こんなカスみたいな機能を持ってきて、「落とした時も位置情報で探せるので安心!」みたいな顔されても困ります

Great, but could be better.
The app should provide the capability to set the charge limit of the earbuds, and the case. Setting the charge limit will extend battery longevity. Other earbuds, and elections in general, are already providing this capability.
The user interface could be better. I’m not a fan. Also, there are sentences in the menus that are awkwardly written, reminiscent of poor translations.
I’d give it 3.5 if I could, but not 4 stars.

充電不具合が多すぎる
使用1年未満でケースの充電ができなくなりました。その際は保証がきいてケースの交換対応をしていただきましたが、交換したケースも1年少しで充電できなくなりました。
使用頻度は週に3〜4時間程度のため、頻繁にケースは充電していません。長時間充電も避け、数時間充電してランプが点灯しなくなったらケーブルを外してました。
Panasonicはバッテリーが弱いのでしょうか？他の充電製品も避けた方がいいですか？

Ads for new headphones
I just now received a notification advertisement suggesting that I replace my older headphones with a newer version. There is no way to turn this type of notification off. This is completely unacceptable. I paid full retail for these headphones and they work perfectly fine. I will NOT be replacing them any time soon, and if I do, I will no longer consider Technics - I have had ENOUGH of the constant badgering from corporate America.

Terrible and janky

The AZ100 are great. The app is very solid. I would love a widget to quickly toggle between Spatial Audio/number of connected devices/LDAC. I love the abilities, but needing to dig into the app to change these things adds friction.
Easy to use app once you know how
I have had the AZ100s since release-I’m severely autistic with mild intellectual disability & severe epilepsy (its caused a lot of memory damage so it makes me reliant on support staff who often know little about this tech)I need crystal clear sound for music therapy which is why i finally went to ‘the dark side ‘ and chose my first ever Bluetooth ear phones, id always stuck with my old but super trustworthy SONY MDRV700s.
At first I found the app very confusing especially combined with the high maintenance needs of these earbuds. So i got into the habit of making sure they were both out of the cradle before launching this app, pairing them (I’ve never had to re pair mine), I make sure I clean them perfectly well.
follow the YouTube videos and you shouldn’t get to many app errors about failure to charge. I find the app does the job for me, but it would help if language and instructions were made easier and more accessible for people with different understanding needs.

EQ problems
I had an EAH AZ60 and have an EAH-AZ80
The app mostly works fine but I still have problems with the EQ. Adjusting the custom eq does not come into full effect until a song is skipped or restarted. Whatever setting I have changed mid song seems to change again when skipping back to the beginning. This makes the adjustment process a bit difficult since changes aren’t direct. The eq is less effective when noise cancelling is on so I have been using them without it.

Very useful app
Awesome app that provides tons of features - ANC control, help in selecting earbud size, full customisation of EQ and touch controls of the earbuds and many more very useful features and tools
Highly customisable
So many controls including the app home screen can be customised to my liking. I find it very useful for set up purposes, to set touch control functions for instance. Firmware updates are also straightforward. Solid app for my AZ100.

Kleine Verbesserungen
Die App ist klar und übersichtlich und führt einen gut durch die Ersteinrichtung. Die Entwickler haben sich Mühe gegeben und das ist anzuerkennen. Schön wäre es, wenn man den Klangprofilen, die man soweit ausreichend einstellen kann, eigene Namen zuweisen könnte (statt festgelegte Benutzer 1-3). Ein paar voreingestellt zusätzliche Profile wären ebenfalls nicht schlecht, wenn man jemand ist, der viele verschiedene Genres hört. Da reichen drei einzustellende Profile meist nicht, um alles aus den Az100 rauszuholen. 🫶🏼

Ambient Sound Control becomes unresponsive and cannot switch between (ANC on / off / transparent) often. Battery level display is inconsistent

Repeatedly pausing when you move makes these frustrating

App功能不好 切换编码需要重新连接最小声 声音也大 音质对不起这个价格
