This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. Multiple Challenger 10 Panels can now be configured in the app, with the ability to activate any one at a time. The active panel is displayed at the top of the app home screen. The device status page now shows icons to represent the status as well as text. Improvements include: iOS 11 compatibilty Increased performance when loading history Bug fixes

Push Notifications

Agree with TSS Technician, it’s a great start but please add push notification on alarms. I mean if the Hills panel can do it surely it should be a breeze for a Tecom. Or at least make it possible for installers.

Nice but....

All the functions that I have tried work fine. However, I really thought some type of notification on alarm (eg. push) would be a necessity on a Security panel??? Please fix - Then will rate 5 stars!

TSS Technician

This app need to have a notification bar that updates on alarms, not just a button to press to check for active alarms with a manual refresh button on that is pointless. It needs real time notifications, whether they be push notifications or a banner at the top of the app. A great start, but you need to go on with the job.

Lockup

Since to latest update the app now has a lockup problem the only way to fix the issue
is to reboot the mobile phone.

Needs serious work

This app is not fit to be available to download. Can not control doors, areas etc etc.
Could be a powerful tool if it was tried & tested.
