Identity verification shenanigans
So, the developers decided to add identity verification for each transaction and even to CHECK MY BALANCE with this new update. even though there’s already Face ID and Passkey?? MTN is the way to go! You guys have clearly shown you couldn’t care less about the challengers your customers face. The app has been deleted koraa, will make sure anyone I know does the same.

Customer Service issues
Yall make it so difficult and complicated, like how can I be calling from Wednesday to Saturday none of you picked up a single call yet you claimed to be there for us. Made I wrong transaction on another merchant it’s been over days and none of you pick up calls.. this is so disappointing and hence I’ve made my report already, was told to receive a call back which never came thru, today yall pick up and acting like yall doing something about it but nothing

Face recognition doesn’t work
App is so bad you can’t even verify your transactions with the very Face ID that requires it. You do everything it asks and yet u are met with “declined” Face ID doesn’t work on your app Fix this I give it 1 star

Face verification failed
Facial verification is still not working and I am out of the country and usually use the app to make transactions, I travelled back to Ghana for a visit and went to the office to get the problem sorted out, they were of no help. The steward who attended to me was not even aware of the situation. They released a new update and I tried again but still doesn’t work

Confirming transactions
I can’t use the app because of the biometric feature that confirms the transaction. My front camera is not working so I’m not able to use my faceID after dialling my PIN code. I tried turning the biometrics off but still
Too many updates
Every three days there’s a new update, the one that bothers me the most it you have to update before you can use the app. It’s very bad please do something about the regular updates,it’s too much

Whenever I try sending money they ask for face recognition which is not working cos it keeps on saying failed so I’m not able to send money through the app
Number of FBB accounts
Limiting the number of accounts that can be added on the app to 5 is a no no, how can one accounts which he’s managing in an establishment?
Too many mandatory update
Considering the size of the application, the consistent updates disrupt the app's use; sometimes you run low on data. You try to make transactions on the app, but due to the frequent updates, it makes it more difficult, at least there should be notifications for the updates so users can do it at their own convenience not impromptu.

Transaction history
It would be much efficient and reliable if you guys provided transactions history on the app because the names and numbers doesn’t appear on the statement and again you have to pay for a statement that’s wild 🥶🥶,you guys need to do better please this updates without any real changes are useless,please provide transactions history option so we can always access transactions history and also allow us approve payments from the app,that would be much appreciated
