Get your system right!
The reason i downloaded this app is because I am outside Ghana on many occasions and I like to make transactions on my momo without having to swap sims every single time and use the *110# option. Using this app is supposed to make my life easier but that is not the case as it constantly asks for Face ID verification which doesn’t work by the way. You have me turning my head in all angles and still not register my face! SMH.

Challenges with the FACE verification on the App
Yea , since my app got updated to the new version, I can’t verify my face on the app.. it always ask for identification verification when I want to make transactions but it was always got declined.. kindly help out

This app keeps on rejecting my face as it’s says only face
Since some weeks now after resetting my password they will keep on saying error n if I try again today and it’s reject I will stop using the sim.

Verification always failing
You made us update this app only to make us unable to send money anymore, how would I take a picture of my own face and you’d tell me verification failed, what is this
PLEASE resolve the verification issues.
It seems the developers do not pay attention to thier reviews. PLEASE work on this verification interface!! It’s frustrating not be able to do anything on this app as smoothly are previously. For the last two weeks my funds have been stuck because of a verification that does not function.
Application lagging
The app seems to close itself. Anytime i try to make a transaction it requires face verification,when I try verifying the app closes. I’ve tried updating the app but it still has the same issue
Issue to be resolved with immediate effect
Currently after the new update we are facing challenges using the Telecel wallet to check account balance or send money. It will prompt an identity verification and keep failing no matter how well you comply with the instructions. This should be kindly resolved with immediate effect for us the Telecel Family, it’s all love

If you know you haven’t gotten a hang of the new update why do you force us to update it.
New update sucks
The new update is trash, I can’t make transactions without the Face ID and it won’t even work. Remove the Face ID and keep this as clean as it was before. No one asked for the Face ID.
New update not functioning
Even to download to the latest update takes forever! What in the name of most awful app is this!? I need my funds otherwise I think there will have to be a campaign to have your app removed from the pay stores because of this incompetence. Why is the “New update” taking forever to download?!!

I have been trying to do my verification for the biometrics but it’s not working tried this for 5 days and still. I went to the office and they still telling me to try again. It’s crazy
