I accidentally put it in wrong, and it just gives me errors when I correct it and put in the code they text me.
Great App
The system helped me with a recheck without having to go back to the clinic. We ended up setting up a follow up that I am looking forward to. It’s convenient and my dog is less stressed
Five Paws!
Needed help with my dog, Howie. My vet in DC uses TeleTails. Seemed random at first, but it worked out well as a way of doing a virtual consultation during COVID.
Super easy and convenient!
Connecting was a breeze. My vet invited me to an instant session and I got online in no time
Awesome app for pet owners
The TeleTails system is great! It was easy to get help almost immediately from my clinic.
What an awful application
This application should work perfectly if we are to depend on it for our pet’a health. However the applicant just seems to be a conglomeration of failures. When signing up, the application returns “No user info”, but you receive an account confirmation email. When attempting to sign in, you receive “no user info”, but your able to request a password reset. Finally, once you’ve completed this gauntlet of tasks, you’re welcomed with some of the worst UX in any app, let alone a health one. Adding a pet requires waiting two to three minutes, eventually killing the app and relaunching, then finally getting it to go through. Once a consultation has been requested, it fails to load the conversation screen or show any useful information about the participants until a relaunch. Only reason this isn’t a one star review is because after working my way through all this trouble I was able to get a message to the vet.

Great way to connect to my vet
It’s been amazing to be able to connect with my vet from home. I’ve had no issues using the app, it was incredibly easy to figure out and understand. I’m really glad my vet has this option!

TeleTails is SO amazing. The app is user friendly and especially helpful for social distancing. It’s so easy and quick to speak to a vet with any questions I have. I’m so grateful it exists!
Doesn’t work
Terrible app. Can’t get it to work at all. Doesn’t accept passwords. Doesn’t recognize accounts. A terrible frustrating experience with one of the worst apps I’ve ever had to try.

Particularly under the current circumstances, it is convenient to be able to get in touch with a vet via the app without having to schedule an appointment and visit an office.
A Must for Pet Owners
A very quick and convenient way to get in touch with your vet for any reason. Interface was very user friendly and allowed for a one stop shop from the comfort of our home. Glad I found this app!
Making vet visits less painful
This app is super useful to connect with your vet’s office. I don’t always have the time to call or sit on hold and this app makes it easier to contact them. It’s also nice to have all of my pets’ info in one spot on an app rather than a regular website that can be hard to access on a phone.

Must Have for Pet owners
Amazing app and very necessary if you have a pet, especially now more than ever definitely download this! I really do love that you can reach out to a professional and get help virtually. I have 10 year old rescue Scottie whose not the most sociable pet mind you and it’s such relief to be able to reach out to a Vet on the app rather then venturing in this pandemic. Also no lines! Thanks for creating a platform for all the pet lovers! It’s very convenient and easy to use.

The best app for talking to your vet vertically
Loved being able to video call my vet about a cough my dog has rather than finding the time to get her to the vet!

Teletails gets it done
I leveraged Teletails for my Frenchie Margaux who had some weird spots I needed to get checked out this past week. It was nice to not have to go to the vet given Covid-19, and get answers.
The app works great, the video picture is super clear, zoom like, and the vet was super nice and helpful to the problem at hand.
