Fraud Telugu matrimony
I took membership after many calls from their agents. After taking the membership totally fake profiles and repeated profiles appearing and I spoke with customer service agents to change my marital status and even sent a multiple mails but no response. I fed up and asked for refund as per the policy via mail which has got no response. Making peoples fools and making out of money from the needs.

Very disappointing experience -not worth the money
I had one of the worst experiences with Telugu Matrimony. I paid for a subscription expecting better service and useful features, but unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money for me. The subscription charges are very high compared to the quality of service provided, and I did not receive the value or support I expected.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend the paid subscription based on the service I received. I hope the team improves its customer service, pricing, and overall user experience.

Misleading Sales, Poor Customer Support
Misleading sales and poor customer support. I purchased a membership based on promises made by the sales team, but the service delivered was completely different. Now I am being asked to pay extra again. Customer care is not responding properly. Very disappointing experience.
Fraud and Fake
Request people to stay away from this Fraud Application. It genuinely feels like fake profiles are being created and managed by the matrimony team itself. These profiles conveniently accept interests sent by users, which pushes customers into purchasing a membership. But once the membership is taken and the profile contact details are unlocked, the same profiles either reject calls, keep calls unanswered, or never reply to messages on WhatsApp at all.
I purchased a 3-month plan costing ₹9,676 because one girl had accepted my interest while I was not a paid member, and I believed I would be able to speak to her directly after taking the subscription. However, after purchasing the membership, the same profile kept rejecting my calls or leaving them unanswered, with no response to my WhatsApp messages either.
Then, within a couple of days, one of your agent called aggressively promoting the “assistance service,” which costs an additional ₹11,000. The moment I refused, my account suddenly started showing profiles without pictures. Hilarious.
It honestly feels like this entire process is intentionally designed to pressure users into purchasing additional paid services rather than genuinely helping them find matches.
I have already purchased a 3-month subscription worth ₹9,676. If the company genuinely needs more money to run its operations, you could simply ask me directly instead of resorting to such misleading and unethical practices.

Their strategy is highly manipulative. When you create a new profile, they flood you with options to make you believe they have great profiles. But the moment you pay the money and take a premium membership, everything disappears. There are absolutely no suitable matches, and a majority of the profiles are completely fake or inactive. They only care about looting money from desperate families and provide zero service. Please do not trap yourself by paying them. A highly frustrating and pathetic experience!
