Not able to launch the app
Hi, please help look into this, I am using the iOS device, suddenly the app prompts to ask update to latest version, but after updating, it still prompt to update. So it keeps switching between the update windows and App Store

Is there good info? Sure. Why r u using it? Forced by work place to get wellness credit. There are some great info on it however forcing people to use it instead of the original wellness credit is just cheap. Typical Canadian company

Lots of activity but bugs in rewards. Bugs in sign in. I have not use this app for and while. I try to sign in couple of times b4 I can long in

It’s great but wish it would sync to Ultrahuman smart ring to count steps

SSO login never works
Logging in with sso barely works with this app.
Freezes Constantly
I have to log in and put of app constantly to enter information due to constant freezing. Does not connect to Polar Flow. I have to connect my Polar Flow to Apple Health and then it transfers over.

Not well
This app is good keeps you active. It is getting frustrating that it keeps crashing and freezing all the time. Constantly have to close it and re-open to try input infornation.

Very slow and buggy
Login via company SSO doesn’t work consistently, which is annoying when the app logs me out all the time. Had to attempt 5 times to login, with app restart as well. Tracked activities don’t update immediately in UI and loading times for any one page of 10+ seconds are outrageous. Challenges don’t load correctly either and keep telling me they have been deleted, even when i know they haven’t.
If i had a choice, i would not use this app at all.

A quand la prochaine mise à jour ? Depuis que vous avez changer les paramètres de confidentialité, je suis incapable d’accepter les changements car je n’accède pas au bouton accepter. Mon écran ne descend pas et je ne suis plus en mesure d’utiliser l’application 😔
Loved it until I could no longer access it.
There was an update which asked me to accept the disclaimer. I’ve now read the disclaimer 5 times but the screen where you are asked to accept or decline does not allow me to scroll up so I can tap on accept. I was really into this app too.
