It’s ok
The equipment is amazing. It’s convenient and can be discreetly stored. Most of the coaches are great and I really enjoy the exercises but they have become a little redundant. I do a lot of strength training and it’s pretty much always the same exercises. I gave this 3 stars because the tracking straight up sucks. The weight recommendations are always way off and the app that was installed on my watch and writing data into Apple health was completely throwing off my numbers. I had to uninstall it because it was skewing it so badly. I think they have a long way to go with the software because it just frustrates me more than anything. Their tracking also doesn’t always line up with what the coaches will say to do, which even further skews the “data”.

Just getting started
Just got my workout room up and finished my first workout. Love the feedback and excited for this journey.
Good but lacking polish
Overall this is a great system, and Id recommend it to anyone that wants to start their fitness journey, but don’t know where to start. The rep counting and training suggestions are great motivators and help you push yourself. However it’s lacking in polish and I think many will outgrow this system. It doesn’t sync workouts done through other apps well at all, so you’ll never get credit for anything you do outside the app, and Tempo will not factor in those activities into its recovery estimates. That SUCKS, because shockingly i do like to leave my house sometimes and go hiking, walking or kayaking, and none of that contributes to my tempo activity goals, even when the activities are tracked through Strava. And the lack of integration doesn’t end there, Tempo also doesn’t send any of your metrics to Strava, so you’re locked into only tracking that in Tempo, but the interface for that SUCKS It barely tells you anything about your training history or load capacity, and it doesn’t present the information it does have in a way that’s easy to understand. Please add the ability to export more detailed training data from tempo (like rep counts, weights used and exercise) to Strava so that i can actually justify using this fantastic app with all your awesome trainers in my health tracking ecosystem. Otherwise Im probably not going to renew it when apple fitness+ and Strava are already on my phone, providing equivalent guided workouts and tracking, with better inter connectivity.
To sum up, I am a very data oriented person, and i like looking at my workout data to motivate myself and guide my routines. This app does not play nice with any aspect of the apple health ecosystem or even the ecosystems it has official connections for. It only exports workout duration, calories burned, and heart-rate. Which sucks because if I’m gonna have to track the rest manually, might as well just use a different app once you pay off your weight system.
P.S. The weights are very nice and totally worth it. I have the complete package and it rocks. I just need the kettle bell and maybe the extra heavy bar and dumbbells before my subscription runs out, because the quality on these are incredible.

Better than I hoped for
I initially got this program because of the compact set up that I could fit in my home and figured it might come with a few videos. I did not expect comprehensive workout plans for each level of fitness, including advanced lifters. Sometimes the set count on the videos is different than the set count you are supposed to be following, but it’s a minor detail. I’m genuinely satisfied with both the equipment and the workout programs. There was also a mixup while shipping my equipment and Customer Service was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I’m happy I took a risk as it’s an expensive set up, but totally worth it.

App a game changer
They have continuously improved the technology and now with rep counting it allows you to do many of the workouts anywhere you go. On vacation this week didn’t mean a vacation from Tempo!!!
