Scam - if you lose remote
Paid over 6k for a bed that can’t work without a remote. Well, I lost it. And now the bed doesn’t work. The App doesn’t work. And would need to pay over 100$ for a new remote. Biggest regret of a purchase has been Tempur-Pedic. Do not buy this piece of junk bed.

On android this did not work for years. Just bought iPhone 13 pro max and running iOS 15.4.1 and bed controls work just fine. Guess I chose the right time to switch off of android!

Bought a $6000 bed and was promised that there was a phone app but this piece of garbage hasn’t worked for years.

It’s frustrating that this app can’t even connect to the Wi-Fi module! Now the other app, the sleep analysis app connects with no problems whatsoever! This app definitely needs a redevelopment!
Update for iOS 14.5; Update: it works with iOS 14.2 Isn’t working with iOS 14
In iOS 14.5, you have to go to “Local Network” under Privacy settings and turn on Ergo for the Ergo app to work.
It stopped working again!!!! Thanks for fixing it! It works fine with iOS 14.2 This app worked great for years, but when my iPhone updated to iOS 14, it no longer connects to the ergo control module. Please fix this. Meanwhile, I have to dig out the clunky remote control and find batteries for it.

iOS 14.0 broke it, but 14.2 fixed it
Was so mad when iOS 14 broke it. Called Tempur-Pedic several time to rage. Even wrote several letters.
Just updated to iOS 14.2. I opened Ergo and the app asked for Local Network Device access.

Upgrade Apple 14.2
After taking upgrade 14.2 the app is no longer working.
Step it up and fix iOS app
App hasn’t been updated in long time. With new iOS update cannot connect app to adjustable base. 10 grand on a bed and app outdated. Temper-Pedic needs to step it up an update their app and fix connectivity issues!

TempurPedic should have the decency to address the issue to its customers. If you can’t fix it, release the source code and let the community do it.

I just got off the phone with tech support and they confirmed that the app does not work with the latest iPhone update! Please update the app! I spent too much money on an split king adj bed for it not to have a working app. Very disappointed. I hope tempur-pedic is reading these reviews!!!

Does not work with iOS 14, just searches for WiFi then says it cannot be found. Developers need to step it up and update the app.

No longer works for me
This app worked great for about 5 years. Now it will bot work any more. Devices can still “see” the network and connect to them, but the app will not connect to the devices. No answers from tempur-pedic. Appears the app no longer works.

This app no longer works with the latest IOS versions and Tempurpedic hasn’t updated the app in years. People spend large amounts of money on their products. I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect Tempurpedic to make sure they work.
