Don’t bother with this app. My parcel was left outside my door in a flat and got stolen they won’t give me my money back for it because it was delivered but no one knocked on the door it was just left there

The app is amazing although I do think the little games that you do for free things should be completely free and not buy something to get your free gift i definitely think that should be changed but over all the app is amazing although

Please highlight what the item really is not it what it’s not. It’s kind of confusing. I should be able to see what was advertised in the item
Broken items
I purchased two chains for my iPhone the first one the black one broke the first day the second one the silver one broke two days later piece of trash. And I can’t get a refund for for the second
UNAVOIDABLE 5 minute interface every time you open the app
It takes 5 minutes of tapping through “deals” that aren’t actually deals and you can’t close out of just to check on orders it’s so exhausting I don’t even want to shop here anymore cause it’s such a hassle to just open the app

I had introduced my friends and family members to the Temu team..But now it’s such a hit and miss on the Merchandise….Somethings are as described, while others are nowhere near as they seem to be…I don’t order nowhere like I used to…

App sucks big time
You get a great sounding deal advert on your phone, you tap on at it takes to temu nowhere land and you won’t ever find the deal that interested you. I deleted the app it’s worthless.
Annoying
There are definitely good deals, but the customer usage of the app is absolutely awful. Way too many fake statements/deals.

The delivery is fair. The results is quite good and it’s really one of the best places to get a really good bargain for some really quality items.

I can’t even get into the app because of 5 minute of “sale” and that dang wheel. And then once I do get in, it says I can get a bunch of stuff for cheap, but it’s a lie. Forget it! I will never order on Temu again?

Toxic and manipulative
Pretend you've 'won' things, read the fine print. And constantly bait and switch to try and keep you buying more. This is the most toxic website I've seen. They make Amazon look good and saintly
