Completely unusable excessive popups
This app is completely unusable. You have to go through a million steps with long animations that come off as super scammy claiming free gifts only to find out you have to buy things to get the "free" gifts. If you are not an extremely patient person, you will just get frustrated with it

Love Temu, not the ads
Love to shop Temu, but I hate the pop up promos that keep you from immediately accessing the app. I don’t want all the pop up discounts and gifts, just take me to the damn merchandise. I always end up deleting Temu because those damn pop ups when you open the app are annoying and difficult to get rid of.

I love Temu the clothes are pretty much all well made and lovely materials. Doesn’t normally take too long to arrive either. I love looking through the site and there’s always something of interest. Totally recommend.
Bad customer service
The delivery driver affiliated thrown away my parcel on my lawn, just left it there, then mark mine as delivered. There are pictures as proof they just left it there. How come that’s acceptable? And Temu just put their hands off and handed over the responsibility to the delivery driver. No customer service whatsoever. Now I lost my packages. Uninstalling this!

Having been a shopper with your company for a couple of years now I am so upset that following an issue with you, for which you took full responsibility and refunded me both my new debit card and credit cards are being refused for payment. Great prices but annoying offers
I enjoy what the site has to offer, but what annoys me is that you’re given an offer and then you get caught up in a cascading sales pitch and your not sure what you’ve ordered.
Lots of fake shipping time
Too many fake promotions and a lot of fake shipping time. Many said local warehouse and that you would get it within 2-7 days. Turns out it is still coming from China and that their preparation would take a week or more. Deceiving practice. Not to mention the daily fake promote where you get free items. You have to pay still. Be careful.
