Absolute disaster - messages unreadable
Not able to read the messages in the maintenance section. Code lines appear instead of words. Never seen anything like this.
Also avoid foxtons at all costs - they are an absolute nightmare to deal with - unresponsive and expensive - terrible customer service / support

This app clearly doesn’t work. I can’t even log on. ‘Forgot password’ also errors. How is it even allowed be on the App Store for so long? Own goal by Foxtons; remove it to preserve your reputation……

It's astonishing how little a company can care about an app they brazenly advertise on the website. I've just moved to a new house and during the online process I was redirected to this app multiple times with a big red button. Obviously, after pver a year, the same exact bugs and issues exist. Please hire a new app team who know what they're doing. And possibly a new graphic designer.

Can't login in the app, reinstalling the app hasn't helped. Forgot the password flow is not working either

I can't access any of my details and just see the swirling star of death. Please urgently sort this issue out, it's very inconvenient.

Can’t login: it says invalid username or password. In fact, same credentials work well on foxtons.co.uk.

Not working
Can’t login. Removed/reinstalled app and doesn’t even recognize my credentials anymore. Can’t reset password due to an unknown error. Please fix bugs or create a new app!

This has been ongoing since beginning September.

App won’t open!! If you are one of the lucky ones can open the app, it is matter of time to face a bug. Like; while reporting an issue your messages might not be delivered, manager’ responses may look like it’s written in an alien language, can’t change your password, can’t work when you turn your phone etc. besides all of that it’s ok.
As for Foxtons, managers love postponing/stalling.
