Ticket Scanner sucks
The check my ticket scanner in the app sucks. Not the VIP scanner. The check to see if you have a winning ticket scanner. Mostly what I get is "unable to verify unable to verify unable to verify". I have tried moving in closer, moving out, turning on the flashlight, turning off the flashlight, holding my finger over the other barcode, holding it at an angle, scanning it upside down, Still, I get "unable to verify." But! I can switch over to the VIP scanner and enter my tickets and never an error just click click click click no problem.
Also, why is there a "scan another ticket" option in the VIP scanner but not for the "check my ticket" part of the app ??? I have to go through the whole process of opening the scanner, selecting the scanner and then scanning the ticket to see if I'm a winner and then it returns to the homepage . why isn't "scan another ticket" option available on the "check my ticket" part of the app???? I guess winning is not that important and you don't expect us to anyway right? I mean after all we're not in California or Illinois.

Improve the scanner
My reason for giving a two star rating is because sometimes it’s difficult to scan tickets on the check my ticket on the App and then when you try to scan your instant scratchers lottery tickets it’s not letting you see if they are winners and then it’s saying that the tickets are invalid can’t verify the tickets

Where is the money at on our lottery there isn’t much winnings it is like we are at 4 percent winnings and you are all getting the money for bonuses and millions in salary. We are all about to quit playing

It would be nice if one could scan more than one ticket at a time to determine if it’s a winner. Really not very user friendly.

The app is a great tool to scan all your tickets except the times the barcode will not scan and the option to enter the ticket manually is no longer available.
Won’t scan tickets for VIP
Often times it is unable to identify ticket information.
