ログインできない
アカウント登録してるのに登録されていないことになっているため、ログインできない。改善求めます。
パスワードリセット出来ません
いろいろと不具合ありすぎ。。。
使えない
不具合だらけでアカウントの登録すらできない。早急に対応してください。届いても何も使えない。

1週間使っていないだけで電話番号、メールアドレスのアカウント情報が登録されていないとされ、アカウントが削除される可能性がある。バグが多すぎる。

现在app比之前做的好多了 清晰明了 鼓励分给到
ソフトの出来が残念！
ハードや機能面はよく出来てるが、何しろ操作性が悪い。アプリを通して設定やハードの操作を行わなければいけないが、直感的なインターフェースとはなっておらず、必要な設定に辿り着くまで手間ががかかり過ぎる。
アップデートで今後操作性や使い勝手が向上することを期待してます。

I can't register a new account
I can't register a new account. I can't register a password no matter how many times I try. Please improve it quickly.
バグ多い
・最新のファームウェアにエラーが出て更新できない
・最大速度のフラット球種で仰角を14°以下に出来ない
・カスタムで落下地点や球種を登録していると、登録出来なくなる

本体接続なしでのアプリ内容確認や設定をしたいです。
Bluetooth接続せずにトレーニングモードなどの設定をさわったり、操作できるようにしてほしい。コート外で事前に色々設定を確認したり、設定を作ったりできるので。今のままだとTenniix本体を起動させて接続する必要があるので不便です。

早速使ってみて感じたことです。
アプリの画面について
動作（球出し）中は画面にワンタップで動作が止まる
球出しの停止ボタンを大きく表示した方がいいです
今の仕様ですと「◽️」→「現在進行中のサーブをシャンセルしますが」→「OK」と段階を踏まなければならず
ボール射出中にスマホの画面を数秒凝視しないといけません。
これですと停止のスマホ操作中に何球か球が出てしまい危険を感じました。
またボタンも小さく、炎天下など画面の見にくいシチュエーションでは
停止操作がしにくいです。

False advertisement of speeds
For anyone buying this machine, I would certainly caution you to check the actual speeds the machine can deliver. I have read reviews online now to know that they advertise false speeds. My unit only delivers balls at 50 mph max, even though I increased my power from 60% - 100% step by step, the wheels keep turning faster, but the ball speeds remain the same when I measured it. It is truly a big scam, if they advertise it at 75 mph top speeds.
The app program customization is also a nightmare, can’t adjust any angles, speeds after tapping a target location on court. So it make it very difficult to make custom shots to your liking. No answers from the customer service. Need to know if I got stuck with a bad unit or all of them are the same.

Wow! What an Advancement in Ball Machines.
I bought this ball machine over the winter here in Colorado. E we had good weather so I played against the machine quite a bit. Outstanding product and key to me improving my game.

Average experience. Love the concept of controlling the machine from my phone, but the response delay is frustrating. Settings don't always save properly. 3 stars for potential, waiting for improvements
