System Error
We cannot access our camera because of system error for how many days now. Is the application good or do we need another camera
Nightmare
This is seriously awful… When it works, fine. But it is constantly disconnecting. Constantly. I use it for a nursery camera.. I need it to work! And then I have to hard reset it, which is extremely loud! And reconnecting is even louder and for over a minute long!! Can’t do that when my kid is sleeping in the room!

Barely works
Gave two stars cause when it works (1 out of every 4 uses) it's a cool camera. Issues are connectivity is spotty.. it seems to connect only when connected to the same wifi, which is stupid - if I'm home why do I need to look around my home🤷♀️- oh well.. it's the camera I got.. 🥺😔
Never turned notifications off
Why did the notifications suddenly stop working? I never turned them off, and when I go to the settings it says loading, but it always fail to load. I wanted to be able to watch my dogs yesterday and it wouldn’t even connect after I left the house, didn’t have that problem back in July when I was on a cruise, but just being an hour away from home, and it wouldn’t work, but when I got back home, it was working, again never changed the settings

App and cameras never work!!
If I could negative star it I would!!! have had these cameras for about 3 years now and no matter what I do they are barely ever working. They just load and load and load. Now I can’t even log in at all keeps saying to check network but my network is just fine. It’s so annoying, definitely don’t recommend using tenvis. Customer support is NEVER available.

Won’t login to my account at all
Cloud storage doesn’t work
The app indicates that you get 30 days of free cloud storage. However if you enable cloud storage and then go to look for your video it always generates a network error. My connection is fine. There isn’t even an option to sign up for paid storage. I bought the camera 4 years ago and haven’t used it for nearly that long. I wonder if this company is even still in business. The app is useless unless you only want to view in real time or record to a SD card in the camera - certainly not secure.

Service unavailable
Their site says service unavailable for days. Cameras are useless right now unless you’re sitting at home and connected to the Wi-Fi that the camera is on.
App stopped working?!
App not working out of the blue, uninstalled/reinstalled, can’t access cameras, can’t remove from profile to reset, company website not working. Hard to get ahold of customer service. Can’t do it from the app either. DONT USE!!!!
APP & WEBSITE DOWN FOR 3 DAYS NOW
Customer support isn’t working. I’m unable to contact anyone bc the entire website and app is down. It’s making me nervous the company got hacked or something. My camera seems to be connected and the light is on but I noticed 3 days ago, a notification popped up on the Tenvisty App saying, “System unavailable. Contact customer support.” Even after multiple resets, the app no longer works. I had family members check their TENVIS cameras just to make sure it wasn’t something on my end. They’re having the same problem!! None of the buttons on the app are working so it’s impossible to contact customer service through the app. So I googled the website and every single TENVIS webpage is down. Every link you click pops up a “System unavailable “ on the top left screen . I’m nervous that something big happened, like security breach or the company went bankrupt overnight because for the entire website and app to go down for DAYS now, with zero communication from the company is causing alarm, and there’s absolutely no one to contact about this concern because they only offer online chat customer service which is “unavailable.”

Junk software for junk cameras
Need i say more?
Total crap
Several years ago, they claimed they had a server fire. Since then, it’s almost impossible to get access to your camera through the app. It’s occasional but not consistent. Don’t even bother!!
Motion recordings
Everything was working good until after 3 months the motion recording don’t work anymore .
Pretty good
Could do with a few little changes but all in all for a free app it’s pretty good.
Has potential but…
The biggest issue w/ this app is that it doesn’t remember log-in/password info. Have to log in every several days and even then, it hangs up & freezes so you have to restart it again before it allows you to access your camera.
app crashes when adding a camera
I am 100% unable to use my camera because this app just does not work. I am returning this thing immediately
Regret
Boy am I regretting this purchase. Motion detector not working. Cannot contact customer service. Feedback option not working. Bought this on recommendation of veterinarian for monitoring dog with separation anxiety. Will be returning it!
