Useless Apps
Made the payment, but no ticket seat was given. Called all the numbers displayed but no response. Rubbish. The ticket includes online fees and all other fees, but then when things are not working, all went sideways.

Orang nak buat app, engko pon nak buat app macam gampang. Jangan lupa refund duit. Duit tolak tapi tiket tak dapat. Boleh pi melingkup
login issues
It’s difficult to select an account for login. After selecting an account and clicking "Login", I’m redirected back to the account selection page repeatedly. The process keeps looping. Please make your ticketing system more user-friendly 😊
