Location Frozen
It is such a lousy application that once you change location to use it elsewhere (say KL), it doesn’t work and only shows the zones where you last used it.
They are very find of making apps for everything but have zero IQ to make it functional. Numerous complaints written, no response. That’s their customer service!!

Zone
The app did not show me the zone that i am really in instead they give me the one that more than 5km away from my current location where my location literally also have this service. I cant even choose a zone at least?
Really bad ETA system
There were multiple occasions where the app showed the wrong ETA that was so far off. For example it showed 20 minutes one time, and the driver showed up in 8 minutes and started scolding us?? Genuinely how are we supposed to know? No pop up from the app either, are the drivers not updating their destination? or is this your app issue? Please fix it

Great but not operating in a key area
I lived in Bayan Lepas area , there used to have a route from near Queensbay to USM. Now it is no more operating in that area. Which is such a shame because many students used to rely on this service to go to uni.
