Worth better than DoorDash and similar
I used tern during the initial 3 months until DoorDash started it. I was happy moving back to DD since they had their yearly pass via chase. However, I soon realized that it was really difficult to work with different dashers, many of them used to just food delivery. Tern is definitely better. I’m returning back to this service :)

Hugely helpful
This service came just at the right time for me. We’ve been tied down at home because of a medical situation and this service has made life so much easier without having to worry about returns. They’re prompt, efficient and friendly. Not to mention, better for the environment. I hope the service continues to be this good.
But if you’re using the service I wouldn’t recommend waiting till the last day to request a return, as it can sometimes take a day or two for them to pick up and return a package.

Convenient and very easy to use
