Worth better than DoorDash and similar
I used tern during the initial 3 months until DoorDash started it. I was happy moving back to DD since they had their yearly pass via chase. However, I soon realized that it was really difficult to work with different dashers, many of them used to just food delivery. Tern is definitely better. I’m returning back to this service :)

Hugely helpful
This service came just at the right time for me. We’ve been tied down at home because of a medical situation and this service has made life so much easier without having to worry about returns. They’re prompt, efficient and friendly. Not to mention, better for the environment. I hope the service continues to be this good.
But if you’re using the service I wouldn’t recommend waiting till the last day to request a return, as it can sometimes take a day or two for them to pick up and return a package.

Best app ever
I saw this on Instagram and thought why not try it. It has been such a great service and time saver. Don’t even think about it just sign up and you’ll be so happy you did. I’ve had to work with Stephanie and customer service before and they both are amazing at helping me fix some of the mistakes I’ve made filling out the return process. Most of the time it’s super easy but returning stuff from Christmas was a little complicated and they made it so easy.

Makes life easy
We always end up not returning things on time and have all the returns piled up. Thanks to tern now we don’t have to do multiple trips to UPS/ USPS to return stuff.

Loved their service. so easy to schedule pickups and no hassle of getting print outs and then dropping off returns. I used to spend weekends on dropping off stuff and now I can focus on better things. Really lovely service would love to pay for this after my free trial period ends.
