Not working anymore

Would give it a 0 stars if I could. Has not recorded any of my commutes since February. Have tried to contact the company multiple times and received no help.
Started working again but now the app is not responding and the web site says service is suspended.

Only accepts positive reviews; my third review attempt!!! Commutes remain in “processing” and do not complete; it’s been over a week with 3 commutes still “processing.”

There should be the ability to connect other health apps to this as I usually upload my rides from my gps watch to Strava.

Great initiative

I watched a video on Propel’s YouTube channel and was immediately inspired to download it. I just used for the very first time this morning and I find it well designed and easy to use. One thing I would love to see implemented tho would be to be able to link it to the Fitbit app, which auto detects my bike commute whether I activate the workout on my Fitbit watch or not. I’m checking the app to see if there’s a way to log routes if I forget to activate it, but I don’t see how.
