Doesn’t accept payment
The “buy” screen is simply blank so there’s no way to actually purchase a ticket. Not all the routes show up when searching. You aren’t shown what ticket to purchase when you do find a route; perhaps you’re just supposed to know the difference between zone 1 through 8. Horrible experience.

Impossibile fare il log in la prima volta. Ho cambiato la password e l’ho memorizzata nel telefono e anche così non funziona.

Ciao, grazie per la recensione. Per ricevere supporto per la problematica segnalata puoi scrivere nella sezione "Contattaci" all'interno del menù laterale dell'app, a cui accedi dalle tre lineette in alto a sinistra.
so much missing
it could be a good app, if all the relevant info was there. For example, you can buy all the tickets for the different zones, but there is 0 indication of which zones the destinations are in. There is also a day ticket, according to the website, but no mention of it in the app. Making it pretty useless for the casual user (ie tourist)
