Водитель отменил поездку и взял в 1,5 раза выше стоимости, заявленный в приложении
Заказывала такси от жд вокзала Подгорицы до ТЦ Big Fashion указано около 3€, при посадке через 1 минуту таксист отменил заказ, в приложении 0€, при высадке запросил 4,5€, сказал, что это по счетчику, счетчик при этом 25€ показывал. Не понимаю, как они работают, однозначно, не рекомендую.
At least the best app in Montenegro
There is lack of features like making payments by card in app, clunky search in map, lack of cars. But it’s the best taxi app in Montenegro, the cars are clean and drivers are polite.
Bad Service Overall
Had a good experience a few times but mostly when you order it they either cancel last minute or drivers are unprofessional. One Tesla I drove recently had also a broken interior and looked dirty inside. My suggestion would be to inspect every car since its a premium service and find professional drivers who do not play loud music or drive unsafely. I know its not easy to find good drivers these days but a premium company should have an excellent HR manager.

I have downloaded this app for recommendations, but it looks like there is no any rides in Budva and all the cost of Montenegro. So this app is usless.

July 6th, 2024, 3 hours trying to call a cab. No one would take my order. Three hours and no one took my order.

Uygulamanın sadece başkentte olması üzücü. Kotor’da yaşıyorum ve taksiciler sürekli farklı fiyatlar söylüyor. Bu bir süre sonra çok yorucu olmaya başlıyor. 1 hafta önce 20 Euro ödediğin mesafe için daha sonra 50-60 Euro isteyebiliyorlar. Kotor’da Tesla Go App vardır diye yükledim ama yokmuş. Umarım en kısa sürede yaygınlaşır. Sevgiler.
