Wish it was better
This is the best to do list maker I have found. But it has quirks I hate. Since it’s the only one I like I stick with it.
The items I check off will randomly just pop back up even with the latest version installed. I will check something off and it just appears again. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of a checklist. The little guy that floats down with the umbrella is cute, but wish it had other options for this.

Good Stuff
Simple, elegant, reliable. After years of experimenting, tweaking, and ultimately collapsing under the weight of complexity of other solutions, I came back to this deceptively powerful tool.
Great and fun task list
I’ve been using TeuxDeux for about 3/4 years now and it’s slowly become my go-to task list for my daily life while also helping plan or list other things in my life (long term goals, grocery shopping list, movies I want to watch, etc.). The annual price is also very fair.

Simple yet amazing tool!
I am a mom & entrepreneur-teacher. I had a hard time keeping my tasks together in one place. I have Asana but use it sparingly for long-term planning. This app when used effectively is extremely and surprisingly POWERFUL. Don’t let its simplicity fool you. I think Asana will be backseat to this one. Am a fan and would recommend.

Really big help with organizing tasks
With TeuxDeux, I’m able to capture tasks and then organize them into different lists based on dates they are due , weeks or months in general, or projects I create. I can then see everything through the web browser on 1 screen and move tasks between dates and lists. The mobile app is very good too. I hope they are maintaining it and do additional development. It’s really good!

My favourite app
This app is solely responsible for me being able to have two full time jobs and get away with it. Its simple interface involves minimal upkeep and maintenance of my to do list, and I adore the fact it rolls unfinished tasks to the next day. The other very good thing is being able to put a to do on a given day and then just not having to think about it until then. I use this app like a diary, brain dump, right arm. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that this exists (please never never discontinue it I am going to need it for the rest of my life!)

So helpful, nearly perfect. I set it up a bit like the “planner pad” planner, with all of the categories of someday tasks being the place to brain dump everything. Really works with the way my brain works, holds everything without being overwhelming to look at. Thanks!

Great on desktop. Ok on mobile.
This is one of the best and unique apps that solves a core problem - holistic view of tasks. So it works great, I mean wonderful on desktop. But mobile version, due to screen limitation it couldn’t do justice. I would appreciate if the designers would look at it from a creative angle to solve mobile experience. I know it’s a difficult problem to solve but worth trying.
