Not working
When I download app there was offer for free hungerbuster or free blizzard if I sign up & give my personal info so I did but can’t see anywhere on app about how to actually get it. Rewards are empty. Tried to place order anyway for Bandera, TX location but app says sorry there is no DQ here. Ummm wrong, there is a DQ in Bandera TX. I’m looking right at it. Guess what.., there’s lots of other restaurants too!!! Bye

Doesn’t work. Went to the Diary queen in San Benito Tx. They said they don’t use it anymore. Other stores say it’s only the Texas app. Make up your mind.
This app has been discontinued
When I acquired red spoons on this app and went to redeem them, I was told this app was no longer in use. This was in April or May 2026 so I don’t understand why they’re still sending out offers. The store in BOERNE TEXAS was quite adamant that this was a defunct app. When I called International customer service I was told the same thing.

A little difficult to use.
Not accepted by worker
I had a free item but when I got to the window the worker said this app was not the right now they needed. That I needed the other dq app.
Texas DQ is not accepting this app
Went to a local texas DQ. Don’t accept this app anymore. Regular DQ app works

its fine but i cant scan the barcode or qr codes on my receipt because it says im not in a texas location and that its invalid... yeah right
App got worse
After the update I can’t earn rewards points. The app does not scan the QR code at the bottom of the receipt. It says “Oops!” And doesn’t add the points. The next trip I had the worker scan the QR code before I paid and it did not add points. Definitely need to get this fixed.
NEW SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK
I’ve been to DQ twice since the update. The app will not accept the QR code at the register and when you try adding from the receipt it always says it’s invalid!
Stealth Rewards Switcheroo … Beware of Version 2.8!
With Version 2.8, Texas Dairy Queen changed its rewards program. Result: I lost an unused $5 reward under the old Red Spoons program. Now it’s a points program, similar to the national Dairy Queen app.
Yes, the reward program change was given a high-level mention in the Version 2.8 description. But Texas Dairy Queen should have first communicated this in a more advance, WELL-COMMUNICATED e-mail notification to customers that this rewards program transition was about to take place! And if there was one, I did not receive it. 🤬

When I try signing in through my Google account that I’ve had for a few years now, the instant I hit the button to sign in it crashes the entire app.
According to the App Store, I am fully up-to-date please fix this or I will be taking this to the BBB.
