With each update my password gets deleted I can’t access my account through the phone.Now I have to visit the bank and get my account unfrozen to put a new password just for it to happen again with the next update.

Never works when it’s important
I’ve had the app for a long while..it never works on the weekends. Anything that is on the app to apply for never works.
It’s confusing to navigate Zelle and money transfers.
I’ve learned just to use it to check my balance and that’s it.
And that’s if it’s working.

This app has some bugs then to be fixed ASAP it freezes it doesn’t wanna open. It doesn’t wanna work.

Before updates were made on this app, it was easy to navigate through but when changes were made it was challenging to find what I needed. As I explore the app I find new things in not so hidden hidden places and that’s ok. I will continue on my journey through the app at my pace!
