Load of rubbish

I payed one thousand pounds for an alarm with an app to inform me of what’s happening at home and the app is useless, for all I know now someone could be braking in whilst I type this and I wouldn’t have a clue , spend your money on something else people.... this app had had lots of complaints but Texecom clearly don’t care what there customers think ....

Oh dear

Another in the long line of “apps” with a silent prefix spelt “Cr”

This offering is in stark contrast to the hardware which is extremely good. However, this is so bad in its execution, it would have been better had it been removed rather than let out.

Used to work 90% of the time. Since most recent update, now doesn’t work at all and won’t connect to my system!
