Software should be compatible with older iphones
I have an older iphone, I cannot update the system, and your app requirements won’t work anymore with my phone. The Texell app worked fine until the new version. You should design your apps so older iphone software can still run your app.

Why can’t I see my pending funds
The update is trash I used to see my money coming before it hit my account I’ve ask time after time there’s no answer they always say they see there’s which is the problem I’m asking about mine
Updated app issues
First, the new pin pad is way too large on screen. But more importantly, I updated my app and once signed in will not update my account summaries nor can I look at transactions. I get an error code/try later. Frustrating.

Don’t like new upgrade
I have multiple accounts and my kids are on here. It used to show you the account number you were depositing into. Now you have to guess and most times it is wrong. So I then have to go back in and transfer out of the incorrect account. Then it gets hung up and won’t let you go back and start over again never had this problem until the upgrade.

My reason for opening an account with Texell was because I was paying $3.00 service charge every time used my debit card from another non local bank.
