Charged me for subscription when I cancelled it right after downloading

Very frustrated misleading information in regards to their subscription for free trial ! I was charged still for the monthly subscription still even though I literally cancelled and deleted the app the same day I downloaded it.

Scam

Offer you a free trial and even upon cancelling it they still keep charging you for the subscription. I didn’t even have the amount needed for the subscription on my Apple account but somehow they still keep charging me and put me in some sort of debt where Apple won’t let you download any apps till you pay?? Like what?

Scam or what I just want a refund

When I checked this app out it seemed fine. It seemed to have everything I was looking for to keep in contact with my sons mother and to handle business calls and texts with but as soon as I downloaded the app and tried to goto the free trial that was spoke of it asked me to pay for a monthly a 3 monthly and yearly subscription and I was a bit hesitant to do so but then I thought maybe it won’t be to bad so got the 3 monthly subscription it took my money and gave me a number didn’t know I had to screenshot it to use the number and as soon as I got it I couldn’t use the app it brought me back to that same screen asking for more money I didn’t even get to use the app and now I am trying to get a refund and nothing is happened I just want my refund and then I will be on my way that is all please and thank you.

Don’t waste your money! Total scam

They charged me but the app doesn’t work and they didn’t assign a number to my account! No one answers and they don’t refund. It’s a scam

Terrible

So not only have I paid the $39.99 per month that I can’t seem to be the refund for even though the app doesn’t work at all. I never get any of my incoming calls. I will just all of a sudden get a message missed phone call missed phone call super annoying and frustrating.

Charged me for free service

I downloaded this app and I did not mind that it said after 30 days it would charge me 2999 for a one time free trial of this service unfortunately as soon as I click apply the free service it still charged me 2999 on the spotalso I cannot cancel this prescription!

If I could give less than one star, I would…. They talk even into a “free trial” which actually cost $30 (a month supposedly) with no free trial period at all. You get about two phone calls out of that before you have to pay another $30 minimum to buy credits. Ridiculous…

Doesn’t work

I paid for the app and also for credit, but can’t receive any message until the vpn is ON. All the messages sent, when the vpn is not ON, it will show it’s sent but, it doesn’t. Can’t even make a call☹️😡

Paid for subscription and couldn’t use it

I paid for a subscription through my apple account then the app gave me an error. Apple charged me but the app keeps asking me to buy a subscription. There’s no option to restore subscription

Free trial is scam

I’m being charged $32 repeatedly hitting my bank account bc of this exact app! I do not want or use it! Can’t download anything new on my own phone due to this app charging me!
