Get no response from support a.i. chat just types for 10+minutes and no response and can’t cancel my subscription

I want a refund and I canceled my subscription 3 weeks ago and I still have money being taken from me

THEY DONT HAVE OPTION TO DELETE YOUR FORM OF PAYMENT, ONCE YOU SUSCRIBES AND YOU WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEN BY MAIL IF YOU WANT THEY DELETE YOUR BILLING INFORMATION, DONT SUSCRIBES ITS A SCAM YOU DONT CONTROL OF YOUR INFORMATION.
