Best document writer for iOS!
Slow and clunky
I thought this app would be a good replacement for Mac Pages, which is being retooled with pay features I don't need, but it's response time is slow when scrolling a document, and the select feature with teardrop handles is awkward and confusing. A nice effort, but it needs refinement. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend it.

The best word processor on the iPad
This is the best word processor on the iPad, and is as fully featured as desktop software. If it supported versioning with Microsoft OneDrive, and if the formatting paintbrush worked better, it would be close to perfect.
Sieht gut aus
Endlich eine Pages Alternative die auch ODT Dateien kann. Somit steht dem Austausch der Dateien nicht im Wege. Leider sind wichtige Funktionen, wie drucken, kostenpflichtig. Das rentiert sich für mich nicht, da ich die App nur 3 mal im Jahr benutze.
Top und intuitiv
Finde diese Textverarbeitung klasse und intuitiv. Keine unnötigen Spielerein. Zudem auch für Mac, Android, Linux und Windows zu gebrauchen.
Klasse Texteditor…
… TextMaker übertrifft die Funktionen von Microsoft Word für iPad um ein Vielfaches. Dafür vielen Dank, den Entwicklern! Ein großes Aber: der Support ist schlecht und antwortet nicht, weder auf Mail-Anfragen noch im Forum. Und: Will man ein Foto in Textmaker ersetzen, geht das prinzipiell. Aber die Ersetzen-Funktion erlaubt keinen Zugriff auf die Fotogalerie. Man muss also erst das Foto in die Dateien-App verschieben, um es von dort einzufügen. Aber selbst wenn man das tut, scheint die Funktion von dort einen Defekt zu haben. Es wird einfach kein Bild eingefügt.

Beste Office Software auf dem iPad
Die Software von Softmaker ist eine der besten, die es aktuell auf dem Markt gibt und das iPad zu einem richtigen Rechner macht. Alle Office Dateien funktioniert zu 100% auch Präsentationen mit Slides sind einwandfrei. Ich wünsche mir nur noch ein besseres Theme im Dark Mode, welches auch wirklich richtig „Dark“ ist wie es auch am normalen Rechner aussieht. D.h. richtig schwarz / anthrazit. Aber ansonsten eine absolute Meisterleistung der Entwickler!

Just works!!
I used SoftMaker’s FreeOffice products on my Windows PC’s for years before my organization required me to install Microsoft 365 products on them. With my 365 license I also installed Microsoft products on my iPad Pro as well which I sometimes use as a backup laptop. In recent months 365 products have been come unusably buggy and glitchy, so I downloaded SoftMaker’s products to try. They work wonderfully! Exact same experience as on Windows. Very user friendly, detailed instructions on how to use, clean interface, very snappy and responsive. Bottom line they just WORK when I need them to, every time! (Unlike 365, which is pathetic given SoftMaker’s budget vs. Microsoft’s budget.) Definitely recommend!

Der TextMarker ist eine hervorragende Software aus Deutschland, die bereits in der kostenlosen Version wegen der Praktikabilität für einen Normaluser völlig ausreichend ist. Ein für das iPad sehr gutes Programm, das sehr zu empfehlen ist.
Can’t print? Fail and delete
Looks nice and bright. Sadly other reviews were correct. I can print without a subscription. That’s a non starter so deleteware it is.

Desktop gleiche app fürs ipad
tolle app, da sie zur Desktop Fassung gleich ist (zumindest finde ich keine Einschränkungen oder merkwürdige Eigenheiten wie z.B. wie bei Pages). Ebenso empfinde die app als sehr gute Alternative für MS Word.
