Great Idea; Terrible Quality
While getting ready for child support court I figured I would give this app a try. Yes, I will say that I did have a long export but even when I broke it town into sections I still had problems. After fact checking, I noticed things I know I texted located under the opposite party and vice versa multiple times. I went back and tried again repeatedly on my tablet and on my phone via screen recording but the same issues prevail. Maybe this works better by plugging the device in. When I’m able to purchase another laptop I guess I’ll try. Until then, the app is useless to me.

Still have to screenshot texts
If you’re trying to work on your phone you still have to screenshot all the texts and import them to the app. What’s the point of the app? I can screenshot texts myself.
DOUBLE BILLS YOU
They bill you double without telling you and scam you out of money. I’m trying to find a way to resolve this
Easy to use and very efficient
Just wanted to save a text thread that was extremely long. It did the job quick and easy.
Life saver
I had 200+ messages I needed to get copies of I have no idea of the time it would have taken. I am guessing total of 20 minutes scrolling was the hardest and it was nothing then TextPort took over put into PDF. I will say this may be one of the best tools for us to have.
