Fire your developer
This is the worst app ever. Doesn’t load. Doesn’t do anything. I recommend not to download this app. And to the developer who created this, you should just fire yourself. Shameful.

Worst updated app ever
The TGV app has a lot of bugs and crashes when trying to purchase movie tickets. Takes a long time to load once selected date and time. When it does load, it can’t get thru to the payment gateway. Had to close the app and run it again and the same thing happens. When it finally does allow you to make the ticket payment, it just continuously loads and hangs at the payment portal. Also when trying to call in TGV’s hotline or customer service, nobody picks up the call!!! As if there’s nobody in the office at all!! It is very very frustrating!!! You’re gonna lose out to your competitors if you don’t get your technical and customer service staff to function!

This is the worst app ever it just hangs when I try to use it and when I try to change my password it say refer to the rules then I referred to it and my password was ok and matched the rules but it just keeps on saying no
Loading problem
Frustrating because loading can be very slow and often fail.
