By far the best recovery clinic I’ve been to. The friendly staff, spotless facilities, access to top quality equipment, and easy booking system make it effortless to fit into my weekly routine. Can’t see booking times
Love TH7, but the app is frustrating because you can’t see any of the booking times inside their squares as they’re black, I’ve tried seeing if turning off dark mode helps (nope) or any of the app settings (nope). Frustrating because the website booking has the opposite problem — easy to see times to book but then when you go to view your existing bookings it doesn’t say what day it’s on, so need to refer to the app for that!

Love Bodylab Noosa
I look forward to my TH7 Noosa visits a few times a week.. I just turned 70 and feel like 30…apart from reversing the ageing process, this facility offers every thing you need to help repair the body as well as the mind. The staff are amazing and I highly recommend anyone visiting Noosa or locals, to visit TH7 and check it out.

We discovered TH7 a few weeks ago, and I have been going in 6 times a week!

We have been doing the Nordic protocol, which is amazing, 3 x a week, and I have been doing the Red light therapy on other days. I feel great, my aches and pains are diminished, my skin is glowing and I have so much more energy.
The facility is lovely, modern, clean and has incredible equipment.
I urge anyone who wants to feel better, has injuries they would like to improve, and who simply wants to age better, to come and have a look.

Manager people skill Westend facility
I witnessed a very unprofessional interaction of the TH7 Westin manager berating a customer at the front desk in the presence of approximately six individuals the managers delivery of a concern was completely uncalled for. That manager needs to be trained in customer service on how to talk to their customers and some people skills around the energy that they present in a crowded environment.
