App or website not letting log in
I just sign up today through app. Tried to login although get the code saying their is a token error. I tried on the website got the verification code but still not able to log in.
Once I'm able to login then I will change my rating

Suboptimal app
Confusing, the rewards program barely works, you can only order for the future, not for immediate pickup. The user experience is not great.
I tried to claim a promotion on my birthday, I had to awkwardly wait in front of the store for 15 minutes for my order to be ready, and the staff clearly don’t get mobile orders often, they didn’t call my name or anything I had to go in front and ask if the order on their counter was mine.
And since there’s a barecode, I expected that I would scan and accumulate rewards while ordering in person, the staff member looked at me like I was an alien when I talked about the app and points.
And worse of all I don’t even know what the points do, there’s no redemption menu anywhere.
