Great Planning Tool!

Recently used this on a trip where we were traveling with multiple stops. Worked out great for scheduling stops, keeping everyone in the loop. I also like the feature of sharing photos with the group. It’s nice looking back and seeing what we did each day of the trip.

Exactly what we needed

So easy to organize and share group photos. Used TOT to share itinerary and pics of our team building event. Per trip pricing worked out perfectly.

That one time

A very useful and easy app that you can instantaneous share with family and family during your trip or adventures. Family and friends can vicariously be with you on your trip or travels! I used it with my trips and family gatherings or reunions! Love it!

Great app for trips or parties

Found this app and used it on a trip recently and so helpful! Really helps to keep the trip organized. Before and after. App is probably mostly used for planning, but I also loved it to look back and remember what we did each day. Would definitely recommend the app if you are traveling with another group. Or even a couple, both adults can get the app and stay on the same page. Recommend trying👍👍👍👍👍

Perfect for Keeping a Group Trip Organized

I used That One Time to coordinate a trip around Oregon with several stops. My guests were coming from out of town, so I wanted to have everything planned and make sure everyone knew where to go. The app made it easy to keep the whole group on the same page throughout the trip. I also loved that everyone could post their photos in one place—no need to keep asking each other to share them afterward!
