OTP never gets sent
Tried to log in a few times by entering my phone number but the app never sent the 4 digit code.

I was at a company offsite in Northern California when I had an issue come up with one of my teeth. So glad I used this app. I was able to get assistance immediately and all from the convenience of my phone
Deceitful “dentist” scam practice
This company bought my old dentists practice. This they mentioned to me only after I was their for my “dentist appointment” which they had called me back for. Only there was no actual dentist in place. Only virtually through this app, which lagged so that we could not hear each other properly. If that was at all a doctor? I felt forced to download this app and add personal info like a profile pick which was required to continue my visit with them. After my normal checkup they sent a bill for nearly 1000usd, not sure how much they billed my insurance company. With my dentist previously my bill with my dental-insurance was no more than 25USD. I had asked them before stepping into the appointment if it was all covered by my insurance which they confirmed.
