I think, this platform helps in quicker response time to clarify the customer inquiries.
Poor implementation on iPad
This app is very basic on the iPad. It opens a small window at the centre of the screen (which you can zoom into), but does not rotate to landscape format. This is important for two reasons, firstly you cannot type using a full width keyboard, and secondly you cannot charge your iPad while using it on a stand. As accurately typed answers to applicants questions are really important, a full width keyboard is essential. That is why I downloaded the app to my iPad and not my phone. Also, as my university's open day lasts for 6 hours, being able to charge my iPad as I use the app is a must!
Overall, this is very disappointing. It feels like the release has been rushed out before it has been properly thought through.

Security risk - Don’t trust it! Pity there is not a no stars option
Was asked to use this app on my personal device by my organisation, then it asked for access to my photo library BEFORE allowing me access to its menus (I.e. security settings) - NO WAY
