아이패드에서 가로모드로 보고 싶은데, 자꾸 세로로 돌아가서 보는데에 어려움이 있어요. 모드고정이 안됩니다.

A really good way to read a magazine and the Artist is a wonderful mag for all levels and types of artist. I love the extra paintings to swipe to and the extra video links are worthwhile. Much better than reading a paper copy.

Bought the November issue and now the app crashes and I can't even open the app. Not sure if I was charged for the magazine.

Subscribe and you don't even get the most current issue
I subscribed to this magazine around June 10th because I was very interested in the June issue, and I was given access to the "Summer
" issue, but no access to June or July 2016. I reached out to their customer service for assistance and after going back and forth through 6 emails of random instructions on how to get the the June and July 2016 issues I was told you have to buy back issues......what??? We are still in June...it's not even July yet and those are considered back issues.... I will be canceling this magazine and requesting a refund

Good to get the mag on iPad and iPhone but wish they would make the app available on Mac as well. My Mac screen is so much larger and therefore easier for me to read.

It is really useful to have this magazine on my iPad and I look forward every month to each new edition.
Excellent art magazine
I subscribe to this magazine in conjunction with its brother magazine, Leisure Painter, which is the best magazine for all learning painters. I highly recommend The Artist as a digital supplement to the Leisure Painter.
STILL cannot restore purchases
This bug has NOT been fixed. I do not have a pocketmags acct nor want one. I purchased this magazine through the AppStore and when I bought a new iPad it will not allow me to download the magazines I have already purchased. The Settings>Restore Purchases does NOT work. It states that once the Apple ID is confirmed purchases will be restored. It never allows me to enter my apple password so I am stuck. Thanks Artist's magazine. I'm not subscribing until this is fixed. One shouldn't be forced to make an account with pocketmags.

I am a regular reader. Unfortunately the app flags up a 'write a review' or ask me later option which does not work unless you hit 'write a review'. After many attempts It also blocks the app so I cannot purchase anything. Maybe I will ask it later............

This is one of my favourite art magazines. Still getting used to downloading rather than paper copy.
Good but not great for oil painters
I'd echo comments from an earlier reviewer that this is a good magazine that seems to favour water colour painting over oil painting particularly. Still an enjoyable read though I do pick and choose the issues to read.
Above Average
This magazine is generally good, it has an eclectic feel to it, with articles and features covering a range of different issues that the average artist can relate to. I find the magazine's focus on new products very informative, the only quibble I have is that most of the step by step guides and articles on technique are for water colour artists.

Good content and bugs fixed with latest release
Good range of content between oils, pastel, acrylic and watercolour. Mix of stuff for beginners and more advanced folk. Ability to zoom in on pictures is helpful. .
Simple and intuitive
An easy to use app for a nice magazine. Loads very quickly on WiFi and compliments the magazine well. The free issue should be made clearer but nevertheless worth the trouble to find.
The reason why paper will always survive.
Worst app I ever bought. Have annual subscription and it just keeps losing my issues. Waste of money
