Scammed by a provider
The Flamingo app does not have an appropriate means of customer service. It allows you to send a message but does not provide a response time etc.
The estimate time for my furniture assembly was 5 hours. I do not understand how the provider was able to put he completed the job in less than 15 minutes and was still able to get paid it would have been completely impossible to assemble 6 large pieces of furniture.
At the Rate of $65 an hour I am confused as to how the system programming doesn’t detect the work was only calculated to be appropriately 15 mins but still charge the full amount of 5 hours without raising a red flag.
The Flamingo app is not designed to protect the customer it did not confirm and ask if the work was completed or any kind of verification from the customer. Only the provider. Its been nearly 24 hours since I’ve been scammed and have not gotten a response back from anyone.

I can’t get past the tenant info update page, app isn’t working for me after I updated

I contacted flamingo on Dec 13, 2020 about not being able to access my account. The issue still remains.
I missed a very important package for over a week because our apartment does package notifications through this app, and this app developer will not help me access my account
When i try password reset, i get no email. But when i try to create an account, it says the account already exists
