Poor interface/constant login issues
The app opens up and then no membership info is available. You can’t login properly or update your profile. Very poor experience

Seriously, this app never works. It’s embarrassing.
OTP errors
You install this app to book a restaurant at Atlantis and enjoy discounts, but you waste an hour trying to register as it keeps giving an OTP error. I wonder why such a large corporation has a poor app like this. Very bad experience.
Issue with registration
Trying to register for new membership, I have both promo code and UAE number, but every time the registration fail even with correct OTP. Bad experience.

A 5-Star establishment like The Atlantis & Royal Atlantis deserves a much better app than this. After several attempts it still unable to recognize that you are a member, and navigating it is truly cumbersome. Sorry, but you can and should make the app experience a far more friendly, and useful one. Perhaps link it to payment, point redemption etc. or
at least make it recognize existing members.

Logged out and when I try to login or create new account it gives error.

Try to log in it repeatedly says The request took too long to complete - please try again. Try to reset PIN and it tells me the OTP was incorrect.

Can’t Log In
Keeps saying “user session expired” or suggesting I’m logged in elsewhere. Deleted the app and re-downloaded it but made no difference.
Won’t let me sign In
Doesn’t let me sign in or do anything. Click forgot pin, doesn’t work as says not registered. Go to sign up, says an account is registered already. Just going in circles. It’s terrible

Broken login as usual
2.12 released today. As usual, login broken. Delete and reinstall to fix.
Worked one time
I managed to use this once and this is the changed upgraded app, otp doesn’t work now and nothing loads. Don’t bother downloading this
Terrible app
Every now and again would have to reinstall and now even after doing that cannot login or reset the pin.
Never works - OTP login issue for MONTHS
Validate OTP error! Means I can’t log in. My password doesn’t work, the OTP doesn’t work when trying to reset, my new pin never accepted, a continuous loop of frustration
Horrific
They created two duplicate apps with the same name. The old one no longer loads and in the new one the OTP verification doesn’t work. So essentially these apps are bricked. Too bad if you actually had a Circle account with points - now you cannot access it.
To make it work follow these steps
Disinstall and reinstall the app, this will give you the opportunity to login again.
After that it works.
It is appalling how the development team cannot just explain this to everyone, with so many frustrated people writing bad reviews, the only answer they come up is the standard one: to contact them!
