Very bad and not responding
The app has several features, but it is not working in most of them. Also, it is forcing to click on “Confirm car received” before your pick up date which is not helping you to cancel booking.
Call center has lots of bad agents with poor attitude and has a racism against some nationalities. Plz be aware!

Really great service from SelfDrive. Awad from the Sales Team was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. He made everything simple and was always quick to respond. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.
Terrible service and completely disrespectful – Do not recommend!
SelfDrive is dishonest and completely disrespectful. They show zero respect for their customers and only care about deceiving people . When you run into an issue and actually need support, they are nowhere to be found and offer no help at all. Please stay away from this app and don’t waste your time or money on it
