Isn’t working
It’s already frustrating enough to redirect from Ticketmaster. Now the bigger problem is that I can’t log into this app even though I can through Ticketmaster. Unacceptable especially when it was working fine by just using Ticketmaster.
Tickets glitch
The ticket feature on the 3rd party app should be eliminated. Just go through Ticketmaster. When I’m logged in, I can see how many tickets I have. When clicking on view my tickets, it will not show any information on who I’ve sent tickets to, the method of which I’m sending them (text/email). No details at all & the app gets confused on how many tickets the recipient claimed. Every time I go into the tickets, it gives me a different amount of tickets total. It’s easy to lose tickets with little to no information on which method I’ve sent the tickets or how many tickets, & who I’m waiting to accept tickets.

Parking
Between the Ballpark tab and the AFS tab, parking information for the Bee’s games are contradictory. Where can I park and how much is parking? Only more questions after trying to use the app.
The worst app I own
It logs me out of Ticketmaster every single time. It also only transfers tickets about half the time. When I type in valid phone numbers it says they are invalid. When I type in valid emails it says the email is invalid. So stupid and frustrating.
App
This is app is terrible and I would expect more from those involved in its development. Freezes, doesn’t send and make you enter the data over and over. As a season ticket holder or just a spectator I expect better.
Slow and non-intuitive
Loads very slowly. After linking my Ticketmaster account, my tickets do not show. The food/bev section is non-intuitive as I found after tapping into this section, you then have to tap “pickup” to see the food vendors.
