Great show, too many ads in app
The app has different ads that play and cut into the show. Causes me to miss parts of the show. Going to try out the Q99.7 app I guess.
Too many ads now
There are soooo many ads now than there ever were. Sometimes feels like it’s every couple minutes. I get it, but it’s such a bad experience for everyone else. I’d rather listen to the radio and get music at least rather than the same ads every day
Scripted 2.0
Someone previously reviewed saying the phone calls are scripted, and I agree, but also want to note how obvious it is that the ‘listener emails’ are also written by someone in house. The writing style is the same everytime and never have I ever heard the word ‘HOWEVER’ used so often. Never once is ‘but’ or ‘although’ used as a transition in the emails. One of the hosts uses ‘however’ often so it’s a little obvious that the emails are coming from them.

App used to be better
I use the app every morning when getting ready since I don’t live in an area that plays The Bert Show. It used to be a really good app. Now I get way too many ads. The ads are not part of the show, it’s like they are paid ads from the app based on your location. I will be listening to ads for five minutes before I realize the show is probably on by now. So I have to exit the app and reopen and sure enough the are in the middle of a segment.

Too many ads
I love this show and listen in the mornings when I'm getting ready for work. I'm not in Atlanta so I've tried listening on iHeartRadio, this app and the Q99.7 app and out of the hour it takes me to get ready, more than half the time is spent on ads. And I know they're not the actual radio ads because they're local to me. And the ads are the same across all the streaming platforms which makes me think it's one source. I'd prefer to listen live and not a day behind with the podcast.
