Can’t login
I’ve downloaded this app but never managed to actually login and use it. My details are correct, it just keeps saying that they are incorrect. No issues with logging into the desktop site
Really confusing poorly designed app
I can’t track my investment with the Big Exchange via this as it keeps saying my connection is ‘out of sync’ and I need a premium subscription to reload it, which doesn’t seem to exist?! Have tried deleting and re-adding my ISA but the same thing keeps happening, Seriously considering transferring my ISA elsewhere if this isn’t sorted soon

Really odd
I like The Big Exchange investment platform, but this is just odd. It’s basically a lightly-reskinned version of an app called Moneyhub, and has very little to do with the investment accounts.
Honestly this worries me about the direction they’re moving in. From experience with Moneyhub, I wouldn’t trust it to manage my accounts as it’s been buggy in the past.
